Stats
The stat system has 6 different types. Each one works differently. Stats can be attached to characters, items or even voxels.
Stat Types
Base, State, Regen, Modifier, Buff, Dot
Base - These stats just have a name and a value. They are things like Level, Experience or Attribute points.
State - They are like base, but they have a max value. Like Health or Mana, as they vary throughout the game-play.
Regen - These get added to the State stats every so often.
Modifier - These get added to other stats!
Buff - A temporary Modifier!
Dot - A temporary Regen stat, it can be negative too!
Default Stats
Health - When this becomes 0 the character dies.
Mana - This is used to cast spells.
Energy - This is used to use skills.
Experience - The max increases every time this reaches max, and the level increases.
HealthRegen, ManaRegen, EnergyRegen - These regenerate the stats back to their max state.
Strength, Stamina, Agility, Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom - Modify the main state stats.
Level, , Skill Points, Luck, Charisma - These are just base values, and effect the game-play. For example, when level increases, skill points get added also.
